Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Supply Chain Leader to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of the Project Core Team, you will be responsible for coordinating Supply Chain activities from Tender to project end, ensuring seamless execution and representing the Supply Chain function within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and commit Supply Chain networks and costs during the tender phase
  • Set up and synchronize Supply Chain processes with industrial requirements during project ramp-up
  • Drive key activities to ensure supplier deliveries, logistics flows, stock policy, and system management meet logistics QCD objectives
  • Manage Specific Conditions for Vendors and identify suppliers at risk before Business Award
  • Ensure Business Awards are performed with logistics specifications, including TCO approach
  • Pass the gate review related to Supply Chain (DFQ)
  • Contribute to P&FM and MPS meeting preparation, coordinate planning changes, and provide date of modifications applicability
  • Support Supply Chain organization in case of critical deliveries issues at suppliers and manage Material Availability
  • Coordinate all Supply Chain activities to secure the end of production while minimizing costs and obsolete inventories during project closure
Requirements
  • University Degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • Experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on supplier/customer relationships or project/industrial environments
  • Knowledge of ERP material management or ERP architecture understanding, or ability to use ERP
