The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to build trust with clients. You will be individually accountable for achieving results through your own efforts and will work closely with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and support retention.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
- Operational Compliance: Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
- Business Development: Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region to assist management in identifying areas in the market where business can be developed.
