Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Expert to join our team. As a key member of our retail display team, you will be responsible for implementing visually appealing store displays that drive sales and customer engagement.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with our brand visual guidelines across all stores. You will conduct regular store visits to assess and improve VM execution, coordinate with field teams for promotional events, and train in-store staff on visual standards.

Additionally, you will report on visual merchandising effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of design principles, color coordination, and product placement.

  • Implement VM execution, window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal themes.
  • Ensure compliance with brand visual guidelines across all stores.
  • Conduct store visits to assess and improve VM execution.
  • Coordinate with field teams for promotional events.
  • Train and guide in-store staff on visual standards.
  • Report on visual merchandising effectiveness and make recommendations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Matric Certificate and a Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in Visual Merchandising is also required.
