Firefighter Supervisor

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a skilled Firefighter Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for leading firefighters in responding to fires, rescues, and other emergency incidents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firefighting, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience and relevant certifications such as IFSAC Accredited and NFPA 1001 Firefighter 2 certification.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself and others, as well as operating a range of equipment to control, manage, and extinguish fires. Additionally, you will participate in training drills, simulation exercises, and physical fitness training to maintain your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques.
We are looking for a motivated and physically fit individual who is able to react efficiently in emergency situations. If you have a valid code C1 drivers license with PrDP and advanced driving experience, that's a plus
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Preparing for emergency incidents and protection duties under the guidance of seniors and officers in charge
- Conducting health and safety inspections to maintain a safe work environment
- Completing computerized occurrence logs to maintain proper records of daily occurrences
- Participating in Departmental Health and Safety Committee meetings
