Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls.
  • Maintain excellent stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookup and pivot tables.
  2. FICA awareness training.
  3. A minimum of 4 years' experience in employee benefits/retirement fund administration, preferably in a similar role.
  4. In-depth knowledge of pension fund legislation, specifically Section 13A, regulations, and guidelines.
  5. Prior experience with Everest will be advantageous.
  6. A solid understanding of unitisation principles.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  8. Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
