Commercial Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Specialist to provide legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of commercial matters. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, and have at least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.

The Commercial Litigation Specialist will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing in court on behalf of clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of commercial matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other related matters.
