About the Role:

As a Travel Consultant at Career Custodians, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Your primary role is to understand clients' travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations for their trips, from flights and accommodations to tours and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to offer expert advice on travel destinations and itineraries.
  • Handle bookings and arrangements for clients' trips.
  • Resolve any travel-related issues that may arise.
  • Stay informed about the latest travel trends and destinations.

Requirements:
  • Matric qualification.
  • Tourism or hotel qualification advantageous.
  • Strong OPERA experience.
  • At least 2 years in Reservations or Groups reservation.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service through excellent communication skills.
