Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Coordinator to join our team at Abantu Staffing Solutions.

Company Overview:

As a leading staffing solutions provider, we understand the importance of efficient export operations in today's global market.

Responsibilities:

  • Process quotations and PFI manually, as well as process export orders on SAP.
  • Generate manual picking slips and liaise with the warehouse on order status, pallet loads, and releasing of invoices.
  • Create PRs for transport charges, insurance quotes, and inspection charges, including MIGO and ensuring payment.
  • Constantly update customers and the warehouse on order status.
  • Create commercial invoices and separate invoices for items not manufactured locally.
  • Complete SADC certificates for locally manufactured goods.
  • Fill in shipping instructions forms for transporters collecting.
  • Ensure all documentation meets SARS requirements.
  • Assist with export queries, short deliveries, and investigate price errors and discrepancies.
  • Daily feedback and discussions with CDC and update priority lists for the next day.
  • Monthly sales reports per customer.
  • Attend export meetings and keep minutes.
  • Record keeping of documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • South Africa Citizen or willing to relocate at own cost.
  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Certificate/Diploma in Exports or a related field is advantageous.
  • 2-3 years in Export Administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of export.
  • Experience in Incoterms is crucial.
