Job Summary
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical ICU environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and lead educational programs to enhance staff competence and confidence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing interventions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in infection prevention and control, pharmacology, and scientific nursing principles and processes.
- Basic life support training (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) for specialized wards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Degree/Diploma in General Nursing, with desired education in Midwifery or a Postgraduate certificate/diploma in a relevant specialty area.
- None or 1 year post-graduate qualification experience in a specialized unit.
