About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Affairs Advisor to join our team at Eduvos. As a key member of our campus community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with students and ensure their smooth transition from enrolment to graduation.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and budgets to enhance student experience.
  • Facilitate on-campus student activities, events, clubs, and societies to promote engagement and inclusivity.
  • Safeguarding – incident report and response facilitation to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate qualification in social work, education/education psychology, counselling (Dip), or communication.
  • Two years customer service experience, preferably as a student advisor in a higher education or professional development environment.
  • Functional competencies: Customer facing professional skills.
