**Job Summary**
At Dimension Data, we're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Administrator. As a key member of our logistics function, you'll be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's IT inventory. Your primary duties will include ordering and delivery from suppliers, tracking inventories, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving efficiencies across our supply chain.
We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You'll work closely with our architects on matters related to building plans and design changes within set timeframes.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in logistics management and/or supply chain management. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in software packages such as Service Now and MS Office are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily warehouse management duties, including receiving, shipping, material inventory, barcoding, packing, and unpacking.
- Receive, sort, and store incoming goods, including packaged products and parts.
- Maintain the inventory of all products in the warehouse.
- Conduct periodic inventories.
