  4. Motivate and mentor junior developers, promoting technical growth and expertise within the team.
  5. Collaborate with Solution Architects and the SCRUM team to define solutions, leveraging internal and external integration teams' expertise.
  6. Continuously improve team processes, quality of deliverables, and technical standards.
  7. Provide estimates on development efforts required for sprint planning.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary IT qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-8 years' IT development experience across the systems development lifecycle.

Solid experience in:

Languages and Tools
  1. Java, JPA, JTA, JMS.
  2. React, HTML (advantageous).
  3. Demonstrable technical leadership experience.
  4. Object-oriented development.
  5. Agile SCRUM methodology.
  6. Technical tools: ActiveMQ, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira.
