We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Event Coordinator to join our team at Restaurant Careers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and promoting events and functions at the restaurant
  • Planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including setup and execution
  • Managing event logistics, including catering, decorations, and audio-visual equipment
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work evening and weekend shifts, as required
