Senior Agricultural Coordinator Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Senior Agricultural Coordinator at KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital's palm oil estate. As a Senior Agricultural Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day agricultural activities of our estate.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Agricultural Operations: Assist in managing daily agricultural operations, including harvesting, field maintenance, replanting, and nursery management.
  2. Team Coordination: Coordinate and supervise subordinate workers to ensure they follow best practices and safety protocols.
  3. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO), and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements, and prepare reports as required.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with colleagues and reporting to senior management.
  • Knowledge of RSPO and MSPO: Familiarity with Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) certifications is required.
