We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team at Tsebo Solutions Group. This is a senior leadership position that will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring the safety of visitors, staff, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Security Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to support business objectives and protect company assets.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and develop mitigating measures to minimize impact.
- Ensure Operational Security: Ensure that all layers of security are audited and maintained to an appropriate level to prevent incidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Manage a team of security professionals to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, Security management qualification advantageous, PSIRA Grade A certificate, valid driver's license, and SAPS Competency to handle a Handgun and Shotgun (for Business Purposes).
- Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, conflict management and dispute resolution abilities, safety risk management skills, excellent communication and service-oriented skills, ability to manage and motivate team members for optimal performance and compliance.
