As a UC Field Technician with ATripleA Recruitment and Temps, you will be responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support to clients. Key responsibilities include responding to client calls, providing technical expertise, and scheduling site visits to resolve issues within agreed-upon service level agreements. You will also be required to perform preventative maintenance, advanced fault-finding, and configure video conferencing and audio-visual equipment. Additionally, you will need to liaise with suppliers and senior staff to resolve issues and be available to work overtime and travel as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Matric essential
  • Minimum of 2-4 years audio visual experience
  • Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems
  • Crestron and Extron programming non-negotiable
  • Basic room control experience
  • Audio experience including basic DSP programming
  • Video routing and switching experience
  • Video conferencing endpoint experience – Polycom, Avaya
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Proof of technical skills
