  1. Rapidly assess and resolve network performance issues through the analysis of RF signal strength, handover rates, and packet delay.
  2. Ensure that mobile networks operate within defined limits of coverage, signal-to-noise ratio, and overall user experience.
  3. Develop and implement innovative strategies for improving radio frequency engineering practices, using knowledge of site acquisition, antennae design, cell splitting algorithms and technical resources.
  4. Demonstrate high-level analytical skills in extracting meaningful information from data sets and robust mathematical concepts applicable to radio networking theory, which enables comprehensive evaluation of cellular telephony options in multi-tiered macrocellular architectures.

About You:

  • You should have 5+ years of experience in the field of wireless communications.
  • You possess strong understanding of communication protocols and software-defined radios.
  • Knowledge of mathematical modeling techniques such as statistical linear regression models is an added advantage.
