Welcome to Ayanda Mbanga Communications, where we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to join our team



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage the development of infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with relevant stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Oversee the execution of public/private development projects to maximize compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support by scrutinizing and evaluating designs to assess their impact on existing service infrastructure and recommend appropriate action.
  • Supervise and control the outcomes associated with the utilization, productivity, and performance of the units' human resources.
  • Participate in the induction programme and provide on-the-job training for new recruits to the department.


Requirements:




  • National Diploma in Built Environment.
  • Qualification in Project Management (advantageous).
  • Eligible as a candidate Professional Technologist.
  • Five (5) to eight (8) years' relevant project management experience.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Computer literate in SAP and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the City of Cape Town.
