Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain refrigeration equipment within the warehouse to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, decaling, and servicing refrigeration equipment to meet client specifications.
  • Accurately record and submit job cards on a daily basis to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Request stock from the warehouse in a timely manner to prevent delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in refrigeration equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Trade Test certification and gas handling license.
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles, as well as attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
