This full-time on-site role for an Exercise Specialist at our Umhlanga club involves providing fitness instruction, circuit training, sports coaching, and nutrition guidance to members on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-energy group classes and one-on-one training sessions
  • Develop and implement customized workout plans for members
  • Foster a supportive and motivating environment to drive results
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless member experiences

Requirements:

  • Personal Training and Fitness Instruction certification
  • Nutrition knowledge and experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in Personal Training or related field
