Job Summary

The Server and Cyber Security Manager is a critical role within NTT Data, responsible for overseeing all server infrastructure, data centers, and cyber security across the organization. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Server Infrastructure Management
    • Manage all server infrastructure, including iSeries and standard servers, to industry standards.
    • Provide 24/7 support for iSeries, standard server infrastructure, and invoice printers to ensure continuous business operations.
    • Ensure 99% infrastructure uptime and provide server support for warehouse management infrastructure.
  • Cyber Security
    • Manage all data centers, both owned and hosted with third-party providers.
    • Define policies and procedures to optimize server infrastructure and ensure accurate server asset management.
    • Drive server business continuity and reduce technical debt through constant upgrades of technology.
  • Project Management
    • Plan, motivate, and manage capex and opex budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and return on investment.
    • Deliver projects on time, scope, budget, and to user satisfaction.
    • Proactively eliminate technical debt through constant upgrades of technology.
  • Team Management
    • Create a culture of high performance and supportive team dynamics within IT to deliver superb customer service to Clover business.
    • Establish, communicate, manage, and enforce appropriate IT operational best practices through policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level.
  • Experience in working with senior management and people management.
  • Creating and managing capex and opex budgets.
  • Vendor management.
