Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Picker Packer. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for pulling and packing products based on daily orders, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pull and pack products according to daily orders
  • Meet customer order specifications in a timely manner
  • Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues to prevent safety risks
  • Operate various equipment, including Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks
  • Report any mechanical problems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance processes
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices and work safely
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
