Job Title: Spray Painter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to enhance our team's capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various materials using a spray gun. The Spray Painter must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
  • Select and mix paint colors to match specifications.
  • Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun.
  • Ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs.
  • Monitor drying times and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role.
  • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
  • Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Working Conditions:

The Spray Painter will work in a variety of settings, including workshops, factories. The Spray Painter must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines.
