About the Role
Hahhh is seeking an exceptional Organ Preservation Manager to join our dynamic team. As a critical component of our Transplant Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our organ transplantation programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the organ preservation lab, maintaining optimal conditions for preserving donated organs.
- Collaborate with the transplant team to prepare the preservation device, assist with organ preparation and cannulation, and monitor organs on the device.
- Provide critical reports to the surgeon, including viability assessments, perfusion parameters, and other relevant data.
- Support the transplant team during hospital visits, as needed.
- Oversee lab maintenance, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Nursing, Medical School).
- Proven experience in healthcare, preferably in organ transplantation or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of health sciences, including anatomy and physiology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
