Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Enter payroll data, process new hire paperwork, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- HR Support: Assist with HR-related functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax and labor laws.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders regarding payroll-related matters.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll data, employee information, and other relevant documents.
- Education: Grade 12 (Essential)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Qualifications: Code 08 Driver's license and own transport
