As a Vehicle Supply Chain Strategist at Buffaloex, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage supply chain strategies to optimize vehicle delivery times and costs.
  • Collaborate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain activities.
  • Monitor vehicle production schedules and align them with customer demand, seasonal trends, and market fluctuations.
  • Oversee vehicle inventory management at various stages of the supply chain to minimize excess inventory or stockouts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and work with vendors to improve delivery reliability, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and supply chain optimization.
  • Prepare reports on supply chain costs, savings, and potential risks for senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including disruptions, shortages, or delays caused by supply, transportation, or production issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a controller in supply chain management, logistics, local and cross-border operations within the automotive, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
  • Experience with supply chain software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle supply chain operations, inventory control, and logistics management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
