About the Role

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance principles and practices, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives related to data stewardship, risk management, and data quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the company's information governance framework, aligning with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and DAMA-DMBOK.
  • Maintain policies and procedures related to data governance, data security, and data privacy.
  • Coordinate with key divisions to improve the IG framework across the organization.
  • Regularly review and update governance policies to reflect evolving regulatory requirements, business needs, and technological advancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Security, Data Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience within an Information Technology environment.
  • At least 7 years proven experience in Information Governance, Data Protection, or Compliance roles with a focus on functional responsibilities.
