Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will be required to work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial plans, monitor financial performance, and provide strategic advice to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to ensure the company's ability to meet its financial obligations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Financial Systems and Controls: Implement and maintain effective financial systems and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent financial management skills, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.

Estimated Salary

R1 200 000 - R1 500 000 per annum, depending on experience.
