We are recruiting an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at The Three Horseshoes, Asthall. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading service standards and supporting wider business objectives.

This role demands strong leadership skills, enabling you to guide and motivate a small team to achieve exceptional results. You will work closely with the General Manager and Operational teams to guarantee seamless service delivery, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Manage restaurant operations efficiently, maximizing sales through effective table management and staff delegation.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of menu items, including beverages, and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure effective shift management, leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver a seamless service experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to continuously develop food and beverage offerings.
  • Manage restaurant staffing needs, preparing schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Monitor transactions accurately, balancing floats, change, banking, and cash reconciliation.
  • Highlight any health and safety concerns to your line manager or appropriate parties.

Requirements:

  • Fully responsible for leading service standards and supporting wider business objectives.
  • Report to the General Manager and work alongside Operational teams.
  • Manage a small team; previous leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Act as a natural leader and role model for your team.
  • Provide and share experience and knowledge from your career in F&B.
