Main Responsibilities

  • Planning and Coordinating Maintenance: Develop and implement effective work schedules that meet the needs of various engineering disciplines, minimizing delays and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Work Supervision and Coordination: Oversee artisan activities to guarantee that work specifications are accurately detailed and executed without delays.
  • Resource Allocation and Optimization: Allocate resources effectively, minimize idle time, and optimize material usage to ensure successful maintenance execution within allocated timeframes.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports on resource utilization, maintenance effectiveness, planning accuracy, and schedule compliance to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Maintenance Management.
  • Trade Test Certificate (ideal).
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a planner in a multi-discipline maintenance environment.
  • Minimum 5 years CMMS planning and scheduling experience.
