We are seeking a skilled Civil Artisan to join our team at Clinix Health Group Ltd in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of civil-related systems within our facility. This includes repairs, maintenance, and supervision of sewers, hot and cold-water systems, structures, furnishings, and fittings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain all civil-related systems, including sewers, hot and cold-water systems, and structures.
  • Supervise contractors working on hospital land and buildings to ensure quality control.
  • Maintain the safety of sewers, hot and cold-water systems, walkways, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans according to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Electrical or Mechanical Diploma
  • National Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
