Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Telebest. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all payroll functions are performed accurately and on time.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Understand and comply with payroll regulations and quality control measures.
- Complete and submit EMP201 forms in a timely manner.
- Have a thorough understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and its implications on payroll.
- Have a working knowledge of the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight Industry (NBCRFLI) and its relevance to payroll.
- Be responsible for pulling payroll functions and ensuring their accuracy.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Payroll.
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Proficiency in VIP Premier Payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
