We require a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to enhance the quality capabilities of our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment.
This role involves the development and implementation of quality concepts for existing and new products, as well as the analysis and mitigation of potential risks.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality documentation, including control plans, process FMEAs, process flow plans, and work instructions.
They will also play a key role in driving the continuous improvement of production processes, focusing on quality aspects and contributing to the lessons learned process.
In addition, they will be responsible for supporting and steering failure analysis in case of quality problems and customer rejections, ensuring that customer requirements are met.
The selected candidate will conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with company IATF 16949 standards.
They will also report any quality-related concerns to management and develop and execute internal audit plans.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Technical Engineering Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years quality experience in a large manufacturing environment; automotive experience is advantageous.
- Experience in IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
- Experience in dealing directly with customers.
