**Job Description**
The Community Schemes Ombud Service is seeking a highly skilled Legal Expert in Community Governance to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting adjudications on disputes referred to adjudication in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner. You will apply your extensive knowledge of community governance and dispute resolution to ensure that all matters are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Apply legal research and applicable case law
- Issue an adjudication order which is binding on the parties to the dispute
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law / BProc / LLB
- Admitted as an Attorney
- 5 years of experience as an Adjudicator or in a Senior Management role, or 10 years as a conciliator and/or in court work/litigation/conciliation and/or arbitration processes
