About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Analyst to join our contact centre team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough quality assurance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
  2. Liaise with stakeholders to develop targeted training programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  3. Act as a custodian of customer experience, ensuring all interactions meet high standards.
  4. Run and action topic auditing reports from Speechminer, driving process improvements and enhancements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a contact centre or quality analyst position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
