This key role requires an individual with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality monitoring processes, as well as a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • System of quality management operational responsibility.
  • Monitoring quality risks and responses devised for the Firm's system of quality management.
  • Root cause analysis and remedial action plan requirements for all identified deficiencies.
  • ISQM 1 remedial actions and monitoring activities coordination, management, and review.

A successful candidate will be a registered CA(SA) with at least four years of post-qualification experience and experience as a Manager or equivalent in an external audit firm. They should also possess a good working knowledge of ISQM 1 & 2 and the IRBA Code, as well as relevant SA legislation and regulations.
