The Role

As our Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, ensuring seamless and memorable interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing Exceptional Service: Answer queries and provide service that reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence.
  2. Personalising the Experience: Adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring every query is handled with care.
  3. Solving Queries Confidently: Resolve product or service queries with professionalism, ensuring customers leave satisfied and loyal to our brand.
  4. Ensuring Timely Delivery: Follow up on orders and work behind the scenes to ensure each client's precious jewellery arrives on time.
  5. Staying Informed: Keep up with our latest collections, processes, and policies, ensuring you can guide clients with the utmost confidence and expertise.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. Experience & Passion: At least 2 years in client services, with a proven ability to manage relationships and delight customers.
  2. Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a natural ability to connect with both internal and external clients.
  3. Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Ability to handle queries efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for the little things that make a big difference, ensuring every interaction is polished to perfection.
