Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, managing the front desk, and performing beauty treatments when required.

About the Role:
* Manage the front desk, including answering phones, booking appointments, and handling client inquiries
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
* Perform beauty treatments when required, including nail care, skincare, and other services
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including stock levels, sales data, and customer information

Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Book appointments and manage client schedules accurately
* Handle cash transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
* Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
* Beauty Therapy Diploma or equivalent qualification
