About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector, Optometry, or FMCG industry.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • An own reliable and presentable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
