Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development and Account Management Lead to join our Sales team in Cape Town and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction through regular interaction, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor solution delivery time.
  • Represent Adept ICT at networking or industry-related functions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in Managed Services and/or IT Services industries within a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
