Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre OR Tambo Johannesburg Airport. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our Food and Beverage department.

• Support the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Take ownership of duties and tasks assigned, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, helping to achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to control costs and inventory, maintain productivity and performance levels, and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and best practices, maintaining accurate records and documentation for internal and external audits.

• Experience in Food and Beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and the ability to find creative solutions to challenges.
• Personal integrity and a strong work ethic, with a focus on excellence in all aspects of the role.
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms and strong communication skills.
