Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive executive search and headhunting for key roles within the organisation.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the client's business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective role specifications and candidate profiles.

Performance Metrics:

Requirements:
