The Solar Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward while enjoying a dynamic work environment and endless opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of solar sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including residential and commercial customers, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of success in solar sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and installation processes.
