Qualifications & Experience:
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, psychology, health, wellbeing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role within wellbeing or a related industry. Proven experience in developing strategic plans, managing teams, and driving business growth.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong expertise in client acquisition, relationship-building, and market expansion.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of wellbeing trends, mental health, physical health, nutrition, and overall employee wellbeing practices.
  • Ethical Leadership: Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards in wellbeing practices.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to measure the success and impact of wellbeing initiatives.
