We are seeking a skilled Nursery Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced nursery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage nursery staff to ensure efficient plant care and customer service.
- Plant Care: Oversee daily plant care activities, ensuring high standards of plant health and quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage plant inventory, monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishments as needed.
Requirements:
- Matric: Must hold a Matric certificate.
- Managerial Qualities: Possess strong managerial qualities, with experience in staff supervision and plant care.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in plant care or a related field, with supervisory experience in a similar environment an advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
