Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a warehouse manager or in a related field
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and manage staff effectively
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and logistics principles
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff effectively
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have logistics experience and product knowledge of pipes and fittings, irrigation, or fluids
