Main Objectives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue streams
  • Conduct needs analyses and provide expert advice to clients on their insurance needs
  • Manage the lead generation process, including group presentations, one-on-one consultations, and regular communication with staff

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification
  • FAIS Credits (30 credits in short-term insurance) or a full recognised qualification as per the FSCA qualification list
  • Minimum of three years sales experience in the short-term industry, preferably with payslips as proof of previous commission earned
  • Candidate must have their own transport and licence
