Job Specifications:
  • Manage and conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Ensure merchandise products are displayed effectively and in compliance with planograms.
  • Collect and report data on store-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage point-of-sale displays in stores and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Interact regularly with store staff to keep them informed about upcoming product promotions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store managers and floor sales staff.
  • Conduct in-store training and complete system reporting.
  • Travel to stores daily to conduct merchandising activities.
  • Escalate any red flags or issues that may impact merchandising standards.
  • Ensure a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
  • Have a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Own Reliable Vehicle
  • Certificate in Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Cellular/Network Knowledge and Experience
  • At least 1-year experience in merchandising and sales
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
  • Good computer literacy, knowledge, and experience in Microsoft Office packages
