Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Assessment and Approval: Assess credit applications and review customer financials to determine creditworthiness.
  • Account Management: Set credit limits based on assessments and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Debt Recovery: Chase overdue payments via phone calls, emails, or letters, and negotiate repayment plans for overdue accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Reconcile customer accounts, match payments to invoices, and report on aged debt to management.
  • Credit Policy Development: Periodically review and update credit policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and legal teams on customer accounts to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field.
