Telesales Department Head

Job Summary

To manage the telesales department and ensure that all orders are correctly processed, queries are resolved to meet required service delivery levels, and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reach the set sales targets for the department to increase revenue through excellent customer service and management of the sales process within the telesales department.
  • Support marketing initiatives for PG Group by ensuring stock availability and coordination for the Sales Team to use as required to support the drive to increase business market share.
  • Action or resolve customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner by the team to ensure customer satisfaction so that sales targets are achieved for growing the business.
  • Take full responsibility for the administration, filing, and reporting for the telesales team to ensure correct information is readily available to assist other stakeholders in increasing the market share while adhering to company standards and policies at all times.
  • C coordinate and process credit notes according to company policy and procedure to ensure overall accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification(s):

  • Grade 12 (required).
  • Tertiary Qualification in Sales/Marketing or relevant fields (required).

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of SAP.

Experience:

Package & Remuneration

  • Working hours – 08:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 15:30 Friday.
